Distractfold will present the final concert of our 2014-15 season on Sunday 26th April at The Nave in Islington, London.
This player-curated concert will consist of the following instrumental works:
Olga Neuwirth, Spleen, for solo bass clarinet
Sofia Gubaidulina, Rejoice!, for violin and cello

Distractfold win the 2014 Kranichstein Music Prize for Interpretation at the 47th International Summer Course for New Music, Darmstadt.
"The Darmstadt summer courses have been going since 1946 but this year, for the first time, the Kranichsteiner Musikpreis, Darmstadt's most prestigious award for performers, went to a British ensemble, the Manchester-based Distractfold Ensemble."
